Overall an amazing app! Just upgraded to iPhone 6 and no pictures show anymore. Ive emailed support days ago and no response. Please update this.

please fix for iPhone 6, I cant see any of my pictures.

After my iOS software update to 8.1.1 I cant see my pics either!!! Its showing I have them there but I cant open any of them! Or my videos!

How can I retrieve my forgotten password

Great app. Could use Touch ID updates and other small fixes such as rotation with pics. But still A1.

Id give 5 stars but Im so upset that I cannot see the pictures Ive had before I purchased the new iPhone 6+. They seem to be there but you cant see the photos. If theyre lost Im going to be sooo upset. I have over 100 pictures that Ive had saved for years. Please fix this!!!!!!! However if you do add a picture now, it will appear. ***Update*** I still cant see my old pictures after the recent update. Very disappointed!!!

Even after u have updated to ios 8 i still cant see my old pics and videos! Plzz fix this. I really want my old pics back!! I cant even retrieve them or copy them, the app immediatly shuts if i try.

I cant see none of my photos! Album only shows number of pictures but not the actual pictures!! Help I have very important and special photos on this photo app!! HELP!!!!! Not sure if this has to do with the ios8 update!! Im desperate here help!! I want to recuperate my photos!!

Like the comments before me, all of my pictures/videos are gone! No legitimate link to app support. This is absurd that i paid for this app and it has a single job, to keep things safe/secure and it FAILS FIX THIS NOW

Ive had photos that were saved on my iPhone 5, Im not able to see any of my previously saved photos after I upgraded to the 6+ FIX THIS!!!

I loved this app until upgrading me phone. I can now only see the count of photos but cannot access any of them. I deleted them from everywhere else thinking that this was a secure vault and now theyre all gone, a few hundred of them. I will gladly rate this a 5 but we need to get our photos back somehow. Reading over the reviews, many of us are in the same boat.

all my photos are gone. I had to get a new phone today and it makes no sense why the app appears on my new phone but none of my pictures are in the app. this was supposed to be secure and it has failed. when I switch phones a couple months ago every thing went smooth and transferred just fine. now all of my photos are gone!!!! every photo of me breastfeeding for the last nine months are gone. I put a lot of trust in this app and its completely failed me. please fix this. I want/ absolutely need my photos back. my memories!

App closes every time I open it due to too many pictures

Ive had this app for a while but I just upgraded my iPhone and now I cant see the photos. The folders and count are all there but the pictures dont appear. Like everyone else, please fix this ASAP as I thought this was a secure vault that I paid for.

If you have a iPhone I would not recommend this app. I lets so many pictures with updates. This is the second time the first time the app just froze and I couldnt get any of my pictures back.

Worked well for two years, app unexpectedly crashed and everything gone and lost. Broken files everywhere. Emailed support, they apologized. What a shame.
